Da Gillo is a trattoria and restaurant in the heart of FinalBorgo, one of the Borgo most beautiful in Italy.

The idea of cooking proposed is that of tradition, but with reinterpretations and research of product quality, in order to make known but innovative sensations to the palate of our customers.

The menu is constantly evolving and follows the seasonality of the products.
